Please note, these Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to check these Terms & Conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes. Your contract for purchases made through www.janeonline.co.za is with ONLINE1388 (PTY) LTD. You agree that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.
You must be eighteen years old or older to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use this site with the agreement of, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use this site.
When purchasing products through Rogue and Vogue, you warrant that all details provided for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.
You agree that email can be used as a means of communication, notification and billing between us. Please be advised that we will never ask for personal details or information via email. If you receive an email asking for your personal information, username or password, or payment information, please do not respond and contact us immediately.
You warrant that you will not use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught deliberately entering an incorrect or fictitious order, or using a known invalid credit card will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The prices displayed on this website are quoted in South African Rand and are valid only in South Africa. Prices are subject to change at any time. Relevant sales taxes, if any, shall be applied at checkout.
No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and www.janeonline.co.za until we accept your order by shipping the product to you. The price of any item is not guaranteed until the item has been shipped to you. When this happens, we will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you an email. If the price of a product you have ordered should change prior to shipment, you will be notified by email that your order has not been accepted by us and will not ship. You may re-order the item at the adjusted price if you wish.
This confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost and usual delivery times. You must check that all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect. If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an explanatory email from us detailing the reasons why.

These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“the User”) use of the ONLINE1388 (PTY) LTD (“Provider”) website located at the domain name www.janeonline.co.za (“the Website”). By accessing and using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. The User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute content obtained on the website for marketing and other purposes without the consent of the Provider. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
Detailed description of goods and/or services
www.janeonline.co.za is a business in the headwear industry that markets, sells and distributes these items to customers.

Electronic Communications

By using this website or communicating with the Provider by electronic means, the User consents and acknowledges that any and all agreements, notices, disclosures, or any other communication satisfies any legal requirement, including but not limited to the requirement that such communications should be in writing.

Refund and Return Policy

The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the Provider will refund the User in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the User, where stock has been moved between branches, will attract a 12.5% charge for administration costs. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions. The Provider will only replace goods that are faulty due to poor workmanship or if the incorrect item has been delivered. Any discrepancies in the final product delivered to the User must be reported to the Provider within 24 hours of receipt. In this event, the Provider will arrange for a courier to collect the item/s. Once returned, the item/s will be inspected and provided that the fault is as claimed, all the tags are still attached and the item/s have not been worn and/or washed, a new item will be dispatched to the User. Cancellation of orders will attract a 10% charge (change from 12,5%) Delivery costs of Refund and returns will be borne by the user/purchaser

Exchange Policy

If the User has purchased an item and decides that they would prefer a different item entirely, there are conditions in order to make an exchange.
Firstly the User must notify the Provider in writing within 14 working days to detail what they would like to return and receive in exchange.
If the exchange is approved by the Provider, the User will need to courier the item back to ONLINE1388 (PTY) LTD at their own expense and risk.
Upon arrival, the item will be inspected and provided it is in perfect order, all tags are still attached and has not been worn or washed, the Provider will proceed with the exchange.
If the new items cost more or less, the User will either be refunded or billed the difference.
The User will need to pay for the delivery of the new item at the Provider’s standard delivery rates.
Delivery costs of of exchanges will be borne by the user

Delivery

Subject to availability and receipt of payment in full, requests will be processed and delivery arranged. The User’s order should be delivered in a matter of days, however, once the order has been handed over to the courier service, the Provider no longer has control over the delivery period. Deliveries could be delayed due to various reasons. In these instances, the Provider will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you check your delivery before signing for it. The Provider will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in good condition. Janeonline.co.za uses a reliable delivery service. If there is nobody to sign for the package at the given delivery address, you will be phoned on the number you have provided in your Uflex profile. If the User can not be reached, the delivery will be attempted in the following days. Please contact us should you have any special delivery requirements.
Janeonline.co.za supplies delivery for all purchases. Pricing for this delivery will be provided in your quotation provided we have a delivery address.
Janeonline.co.za will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product when couriered.

Export restriction

The offering on this website is available to South African clients only. For international delivery please contact us to see if bespoke arrangements can be made.
